Toon Toneis a free, browser-based color guessing game. Users match character colors using HSB sliders. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

You may use Toon Tone for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the game
Use automated tools to scrape or access the site
Misrepresent the source of content from Toon Tone
Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

4. Intellectual Property and Fan-Made Status

The Toon Tone game code, design, and original content are our property. Toon Tone is an independent fan-made color memory game created for entertainment, education, and color-recognition practice. It is not official, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any studio, publisher, brand owner, or character rights holder.

Character names referenced in the game (e.g., Superman, Pikachu, Mario) are trademarks or protected names of their respective owners and are used for descriptive identification only. We do not claim ownership of those characters, brands, trademarks, or related intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

Toon Tone is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.
